Brijesh Anand, Managing Principal

As Managing Principal for SSNW, Brij provides overall strategic direction and practice leadership for our firm. Brij has successfully guided a number of companies on information technology strategy and execution, and on process and organization design for finance, procurement and IT. Over his career, Brij's major clients have included large enterprises in the forest products, telecommunications, and insurance industries.

Prior to co-founding SSNW, Brij served as a partner in Andersen's business consulting practice and, before that, he worked for 13 years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as an Associate Partner.

Shilpa Karnik, Principal

Shilpa provides project management and change enablement expertise in our services to forest products and manufacturing clients. Shilpa has over fifteen years of professional experience in business process reengineering and information technology, spanning areas such as strategic planning, business systems analysis, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software selection and implementation, change management, software development, system design, and management of information services.

Prior to joining the firm, Shilpa was a manager at Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting group. She also served as an IT Manager for an international manufacturing company and a senior consultant for a technology consulting firm in Chicago. Shilpa has an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Todd Rask, Principal

Todd provides leadership at SSNW in the areas of technology services and information technology strategy. Todd has extensive experience in the implementation of enterprise systems and process expertise in procurement, as well as having served as the Acting CIO at one of SSNW's clients in the forest products industry.

Prior to joining SSNW, Todd was a Principal of Trinity Consulting Group. Todd also was a Director at Emerald Solutions and a manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he focused on delivering business integration solutions in the forest products industry. He has also led large-scale custom application development initiatives.

Kevin McLean

Kevin provides SSNW with a broad and deep expertise in logistics and operations, which includes manufacturing, order entry, warehousing and transportation. This expertise also includes the design and implementation of interfaces between the financial and operations modules.

Prior to joining SSNW, Kevin worked at PeopleSoft and JD Edwards in a variety of capacities for over 15 years, including as a Director of Product Strategy where he identified, prioritized and designed enhancements for World software. In addition Kevin assessed third party products for interfacing to World software, including freight management, CRM and print management software. Kevin has an MBA from the University of Chicago, a BA from Cornell University, and has also earned his Certified Production & Inventory Manager (CPIM) certification.

Jon Nee

Jon provides expertise in finance, audit, and Sarbanes-Oxley IT control reviews for clients in the insurance, forest products and steel industries.

Prior to joining SSNW, Jon served as the Senior HIPAA Compliance Analyst for Legacy Health System in Portland, OR, developing information security policies and procedures and advising management on Information Security and HIPAA strategy. Jon also worked for two and a half years in Arthur Andersen's Technology Risk Consulting group, serving as a Senior Consultant performing IT security and control audits in support of the financial audit. Jon has been a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) since 2002.

Jennifer Rabing

Jennifer is a senior consultant with SSNW with 15 years of industry and consulting experience. Her primary focus is on financial, HR, and CRM systems in forest products and property management industries. In addition Jennifer has experience as an internal auditor.

Prior to SSNW Jennifer worked for The Regus Group Network and the Armco Croup. Jennifer has an MA from the University of Washington and she is currently pursuing Ph. D. in Adult Education from Portland State University.

Vic Herinckx

Vic serves SSNW clients in a variety of capacities in Procurement-to-Pay and Human Resources systems implementations, including both functional and technical analysis as well as overall team leadership. Vic has experience with technical configuration, interfaces, conversions, customizations, security and process automation.

Prior to joining SSNW, Vic worked at Corillian Corporation as a Director in its Professional Services organization. Vic also spent nine years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he worked with a variety of ERP and custom technology solutions, including designing and implementing various ERP solutions.

Eric Larsen

Eric has experience implementing and integrating new enterprise financial systems. His responsibilities have included general project management, systems analysis and design, data conversion and system testing.

Prior to joining SSNW, Eric was employed with Willamette Industries in Portland for 9 years. As a Senior Systems Analyst, Eric was responsible for delivering IT solutions to the paper and building material business segments. Eric also worked for four years as a Consultant for Systems Management, Inc. where he provided system implementation services. Eric is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is also Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM).
